We bill an hourly rate of $380 an hour, which is prorated for shorter visits.

We DO NOT participate with insurance and will not be able to submit any claim forms on your behalf. However we will provide you with the necessary documentation so that you may submit a claim for reimbursement. Many of our patients utilize their flexible spending accounts (FSA) and high deductible insurance plans.

Laboratory bloodwork testing is most often done at Quest or LabCorp and is typically covered by your insurance. Depending on tests ordered, there may be an out of pocket cost for bloodwork. Saliva and urine testing is performed through a specialty lab, NeuroScience, which fees that range from $200 – $350 and may be covered by your insurance.
